Summit Supportive Communities
A Supportive Living Program

Enriching lives through meaningful experiences, our community-oriented rehabilitative residential services support individuals diagnosed with traumatic brain injuries, fostering maximum independence in the least restrictive environment.

Making Lives Better

Summit Supportive Communities, based in South Denver Metro, offers community-based residential settings for adults in pleasant neighborhoods with access to open spaces, trails, and parks. Their services and activities are conveniently located, ensuring easy community access for residents.
Summit Supportive Communities' program is tailored for individuals who have completed post-acute or neurobehavioral rehabilitation, are living alone or with family, and require a more structured living environment to support their functioning level. The goal is to provide resources and opportunities for each resident to lead a diverse and fulfilling life.

The staff treats me like their family, and it feels like my family. We care about each other and take care of each other. We go to music class, to the recreation center, to festivals, to movies and go on hikes. I get to do what is important to me, not just what somebody plans. I feel like an adult.
To have the opportunity to grow, laugh, and live in confidence of my tomorrows is beyond expressing in words. The growth and re-shaping of my true self speaks volumes. I am accepted for who I am and encouraged to develop my talents and skills, every day.
I have a great place to live with friends, I’m going to all of my appointments, and I'm feeling better.  The staff is very nice, and they spend lots of time with me. I’m making friends.
The camaraderie between the residents and staff are wonderful. They really look out for each other and have become a family.  The best and well-loved staff really boost the family atmosphere. The new Executive Director interacts with family/guardians regularly and most importantly,  in a timely manner,  to ensure open lines of communication and dialogue between staff and families. I would encourage any family considering such a big decision to feel confident in choosing Summit Supportive Communities of Colorado.
